Professor David Bellamy has named Notter Bridge Park as one of the UK's greenest places to take a break - and awarded it a special accolade for protecting and enhancing the natural world. 

Notter Bridge Park has been awarded a David Bellamy Bronze Award!

There will be an Open Weekend at Tamar View Holiday Park in Cornwall on Saturday 23rd to Sunday 24th April 2016. The park will be open to all visitors from 10 am to 4 pm on both days. Come and take a tour of the park, see the stunning views across the Tamar Valley, and take a look around any of the holiday homes for sale. The 2015 holiday season is nearly upon us and there are several great holiday home ownership opportunities at Notter Bridge Park in Cornwall.  These include an ABI Alderley 36 x 12 ft / 2 bedroom caravan with double glazing and central heating, an ABI Haywood 36 x 12 ft / 2 bedroom caravan with double glazing and central heating, a Rio Premier 37 x 12 ft / 2 bedroom caravan, and a Shereton 39 x 12ft 6" / 2 bedroom caravan.  There is also a Cosalt Monaco Duo 34 x 12 ft / 2 bedroom park home, and a Willerby Boston 40 x 20 ft / 2 bedroom holiday home on a woodland plot.

Nick and Ian spent most of the weekend watching the forecast and weather updates for the area surrounding Notterbridge as the conditions changed.

Nick kept a close eye on the water levels,on Sunday they saw the river turn in to a tornacade beating through the bridge and reach its highest point ever taking anything that got in its way with it. And the woodland area started to take on water too but as night approached all seemed to settle and although the river was still high things calmed down.

With the weather finally changing for the better, Plant Hire company D.P. Curtis & Son Ltd finally began moving heavy earth moving machinery back onto our new development - Tamar View Holiday Park in Cornwall.

Fingers crossed that's the last we will see of the jet stream for a while....
