Notter Bridge is open for an 11 month season (closed for the month of February). A timber or UPVC decking/patio area and skirting to the home is included in the purchase price. We offer a written agreement of up to 30 years. We do not allow subletting and proof of a main residence must be provided and held on file at the park office. All homes are sited on hard standing, each with an individual parking space, the homes have pitched tiled roofs, piped LPG gas, mains electric, WiFi internet service and satellite television. Site Fees include rates, water, sewerage charges, VAT, WiFi Internet and Satellite TV. Gas and electricity are metered and charged separately.
